How can you tell if your over training?
Alright so I’m in the gym alot, 2 to 2 half hours a day… just killin it…… So my question is how do you tell if your over training? Am i over training? Never really thought about it before but it got brought to my attention today…

If you are in a bulking phase right now and your training is basically 5 days a week and 2 days off, then your are overtrain, you need to try to do your routines in at least 60 minutes. this is the window you have for your body naturally release testosterone and GH at top levels. More than that time and you start to release cortisol and you don’t want that, this will postpone your goals.
