weeks 18 and 17 was on holdiday so who knows, but all explained in my blog

week 16 average calories 1930

protein avg 162g    38%

fat             79g      18.5%

carbs         186g     43.5%

week 15 average calories 2092

protein      163g     36.5%

fat              88g      19.5%

week 14 average calories  1967

protein    146g    35%

first week back of holiday so diet was poor, next week im back on it strict!!!

holiday

just got back from my holiday, 2 weeks in crete.

had a great time, its a great island that i would recommend to anyone.

i stayed in stalis which is in the north of the island and was pretty picturesque and quiet.

found a couple of nice tavernas, which served chicken souvlaki, which is chicken on skewers, which are then bbq. i loved this as well as all the fresh veg. as i was on holiday i had chips with it but hey its a holiday not a training camp!

so i arrived back, weighed myself and ive put on one pound, so pretty pleased, i swam everyday so was getting in some excercise , but no weights over than throwing the kids around in the pool, so ive no doubt ive lost a little muscle and put on some fat. but overall verrrrrry pleased

now im back on it im off to the gym tommorow after work, so will be pleased to see if getting back to a clean diet after pigging a little brings results over as little as a week, as my body goes back into the shock of a clean diet

had omlete and chips for most lunchs, and beans on toast for breakfast, so diet wasnt perfect, but i felt i wasnt doing to bad, and as someone who has been fussy about the food ive eaten whilst being in differant countrys i was pleased that i was able to eat the local food.

dont ask about the 4 weeks in jordan years ago where i lived in mcdonalds everyday, as i couldnt face the local food!!!!!

just uploaded new pics, and was looking back to see me relative to where i started from. although they show improvement, i dont think they do me justice, as when i look in the mirror i definatley look better than i did!!!

i feel so much better, and love waking up to feel my stomach leaner, just to be able to feel the muscle rather than a thick cushion, its the best feeling you can have

so im off for two weeks, going to try and eat healthy whilst away, so will be intresting to see where im at when i get back.

hope everyone is well, so keep up all the good work guys boys and girls!!!!

lack of gym work

this week due to work commitments i havnt been able to hit the weights like i wanted.

the upside is that ive been helping the lads on site, moving blocks etc, so like to think ive been getting plenty of excercise in.

ive not been as good on the food, but hopefully this has been offset by working long days doing manual labour. over the last week my weight hasnt changed, and i still feel pretty good. next week back in the gym, and hopefully the week of from weights might result in another increase in my lifts

doctors update

good news, had more full function lung tests yesterday

been told my lung capacity has gone up slightly, and my gas exchange has improved , meaning my lungs are now 65% efficent instead of 53%

time to celebrate, as im still avoiding going on the perscribed steroids

my average calories for last 7 days are 2009

these would have been so much beter had i not gone out with the lads saturday night. did the right thing NO alcohol, so ended up driving to whitley bay, 2hrs drive there, after my whole days eating plans were disrupted, and the introduction of the first fast food burger in the last 7 weeks, my diet was going down fast!

then it was onto the J2o’s watching everyone else getting pissed!!!!, all i could think about was the amount of sugar i was having and my teeth rotting at the same time, so!!!

after 3 of them it was onto bottled water, and explaining to everyone who asked why i wasnt drinking, that i was driving that night.

managed to get in at about 5.30am feeling knackered, kids creawled onto me at about 10.30, so i felt like i had an hangover. stayed in bed whilst lunchtime, trying to relax. before crawling out and feeling knackered for the rest of the day.

didnt eat badly, but didnt get the protein shakes in and didnt consume enough food, only ate at 12.30pm and about 5pm, before falling back asleep . just in time to wake up and go back to bed!

so no gym, messed up eating, had a good night but was it worth it!, and my birthdays coming up, so thats a long night out to!

this next week im getting back on track- thats a promise

my weight hasnt dropped in the last week, but my bodyfat has (according to the tanita scales).

i know people say the scales arnt accurate, but i can feel more muscle in my body, so for now im happy to think ive put on a little muscle to counter the fat ive lost, resulting in my weight being maintained.

so im happpppppppy
