					<description>Ahhhh.....perspective,  all I have to do is walk 10 feet to my bed settle in next to my waiting wife, and I get &amp;amp;#34;boom-boom&amp;amp;#34;!   There are some major advantages to be a bit more seasoned and having stablity is one of them, I'd hate to be running the &amp;amp;#34;circuit&amp;amp;#34; trying to find the &amp;amp;#34;flavor du jur&amp;amp;#34;.  It is frustrating none the less, L&amp;amp;#38;H...I'm going to leave the ****ty pic up AS motivation on those days when I just don't feel like not having a bowl of ice cream...besides if I print it off and put it on the freezer it will most certainly both gross out and embarasse my oldest daughter...that alone is worth the cost of the ink!

but remember this, you have a wife, so when you get your physical stamina back up to par, you don't have to go to bars and spend a bunch of money to get a piece, just come home with 1 flower that you pulled off the side of the highway.  

the young pups have to work 4x as hard to have half the chance we have at getting laid.

laugh that one all the way to the gym.

try a change up.  3 min of medium cardio, then 2 high volume heavy compund excersizes, then repeat 2x.  you'll keep your heart rate up (to burn fat) while building muscle (to burn fat)  give it 3 months like that and check the results</description>

					<description>Right there with you mate!  I find that nipping out to the gym in the afternoon is a great way to break up the 8 hours I would normally be sat in my office and behind a PC screen!
