Stress Busting
There are days when you just have to blaze out of the office and go push and pull some iron around to break the stress of the work week. My thing was on Wednesday Corporate came in to the station and let my general manager of 6 years "go" (The company wanted to go in a different direction) After being in Shock for the better part of the day and being completely pissed off at what they had done, I had to go a bust out some sets…at least just to get the anger and frustration out and all the negative energy out of my body and give it back to the universe.
It’s amazing how working out can clear your head and help you with "processing" events that leave you in guess lost and feeling betrayed by your own company. Grief, it seems to be what I’m feeling for loosing a Mentor, a Superior, a Boss, a Friend, and yet a person that has become a "father figure" in my life.
So when you feel down and over whelmed…take a break, step back, and rack the weights and push the iron…Clarity will come back in full force!
Have a great day!

Right there with you mate! I find that nipping out to the gym in the afternoon is a great way to break up the 8 hours I would normally be sat in my office and behind a PC screen!
And yep the Corporate world can suck!
