Road to Southeastern USA!
Hi, my name is Mark, and I am new to bodybuilding.com…I am a national level bodybuilder, and need to requalify for national status..My qualification ran out at the end of 07 when I placed 13th at the North Americans..I looked terrible in that show and had 2 hernias as well..I have since had surgery to repair the hernias, and am more motivated than I’ve been in years to come back with a vengenance! I have had a very successful career so far and hope to do better..My show is Oct. 17th..I always eat really clean, but I will start my "official" precontest diet on June 27 giving me 16 weeks to get ready..I am dieting under the guidance of a magnificent person and bodybuilder by the name of Dave Marinelli..He is now an IFBB pro, earning his card by winning the Masters Nationals overall a few years ago…He and I are both from Florida and have competed in some of the same shows and know alot of the same people..He has been a huge help in putting my diet together for this show..And if you have ever seen his conditioning, they dont get much harder and ripped than Dave..Anyway, thanks for letting me babble, and I will post updates along the way!
