Starting KETO
I have decided to start a Keto Diet, as I cant have many carbs anyhow since fruit/fructose bothers my stomach as well as any kind of bread/gluten so this is actually perfect for me, plus I need to chill a bit with protein (kidney stone prone) As I look at my diet even though I eat well I do have alot of sugar and carbs such as red bull/monster drinks during workout, bananas, ton of rice, etc, not to metion french vanilla coffee in the morning which I am sure is packed with sugars. The hardest thing about my new regimen will be giving up the energy drinks at the gym, they really get me going. I also noticed that many food (fats) are something I have been avoiding so I find that interesting and this just might be the ticket to loosing this stubborn belly fat. If anyone reads this that is doing keto and has a laid out diet please shoot me a copy for me to follow, Plan on starting First thing in the morning Friday.

no longer doing keto, rather doing a anti-estrogenic diet and avoiding farm fed meat and only having organic dairy and a ton of veggies, results are impressive, just figure out what you are not eating thats good and that probably is where you need to go, atleast for me thats the case.I was eating mainly meat which I thought was good since the protein but was ignoring the fact that farm fed meats are filled with hormones, I started getting puffy nips and belly got bigger, after looking around I soon realized eastrogen was the enemy, now only eat organic and eat a ton of veggies and fruit. I still eat very little carbs and do not touch white bread, wheat, gluten, and any junk food, except once a week I buy 3 fish filets at mcdonalds but only eat the fish, no roll, lol. If you are not loosing that belly, hormones might be the issue, key word = "might"

What is an "anti-estrogenic diet"? How is it working for you? Thanks.
