ForeArm Madness
Tried a new exercise tonight for my forearms. I grabbed 2-45 lb. plates and held one in each hand with a grip where my thumb was on one side fingers on the other (like carry a suit case sorta), plates being vertical, and I squeezed as hard (constant pinch) till failure 3 sets, then I held the plates but with a slighter pinch walked about 20 steps forward then turned around and came back, put weights down, 30 second rest and went agin for a total of 3 times.
My forearms are feeling a bit sore already and look like popeyes, I just may keep this in my routine, it beats the standard forearm rolls.

Rock on, I read about these pinches too and I just decided to add them to my forearm workout. Nice to see that I am on the right thought path! I hope I get the same results that you do!

My fore arms are very very sore today , lol. A for sure thing for now on in my routine.
