why are you there? you don’t weight much. yet you keep me thinking that i can do my next set if i add something between nothing and 5 lbs. you’re like a psychology lift. i really don’t gain or lose anything adding you at least not significantly. nonetheless, numbers are numbers. and two and a half pounds are still, sadly, two and a half pounds. until they come up with the 1 pound weight you’re still next to nothing at the bottom of the weight hierarchy.

Yes, I did almost lose my iPod. I found it in my cereal box this morning.
Specifics aren’t necessary!! I rather not talk about it. Just be thankful
that we all can have this beautiful creation from the innovative Steve Jobs.
Don’t take your iPod Shuffle v2.0 or 3.0, iPhone, or whatever you use
for granted. Because remember, there’s always POP Top 40 gym music and
Lady GaGa’s just waiting to bleed your ears out and make you never wanna
work out again!

I feel like this website really puts people on blast to be truthful about your progress. And I like that. Its paperless. Its coordinated. And, probably most importantly, its visual. I see my gains. I see others gains on the site from others and its motivating especially seeing their time frame, I feel like I don’t have to be superman overnight.
