The time is NOW!
So I gave up on the anabolic diet once again. It is just not for me. After doing it for this long I am miserable and moody and just plain unhappy. I am going back to following a normal diet, maybe limiting my carbs a little more than ususal. I want to make it down to 125 by my birthday which is June 25th! I AM going to do it this time. I seem to start these goals for myself and then lose sight of what I want and lack motivation and never follow through with any of them. This time I am going to do it. I am following MGG98’s workout program (THANKS!!!) and I love it. I hope to get results here soon! I haven’t worn a bikini in years and want to look good in it this year.
