So I gave up on the anabolic diet once again. It is just not for me. After doing it for this long I am miserable and moody and just plain unhappy. I am going back to following a normal diet, maybe limiting my carbs a little more than ususal. I want to make it down to 125 by my birthday which is June 25th! I AM going to do it this time. I seem to start these goals for myself and then lose sight of what I want and lack motivation and never follow through with any of them. This time I am going to do it. I am following MGG98’s workout program (THANKS!!!) and I love it. I hope to get results here soon! I haven’t worn a bikini in years and want to look good in it this year.

So I am giving it another try on the anabolic diet. I tried it a couple months ago but did not have the will power to stick with it longer than 3 weeks. I am going to do it this time. I have lots of motivation and am looking forward to the weight loss. Summer will be here before i know it. I have posted my meal plan for the day below. If anyone has any suggestions i would be more than happy to hear them.
6:30 protein shake
7:45 2 eggs/sausage/butter
10:30 pepperoni and mozz cheese
1:00 4 oz. ground beef/lettuce/cheese/taco sauce
4:00 celery with peanut butter
6:30 pork tenderloin and broccoli
9:00 sugar free jello w/ cool whip light
