		<description><![CDATA[ok&#8230;I&#8217;m down to 3 weeks until my next show.  My diet has been terrible, my workouts have not been much better.  I need to start taking care of myself first.  I hopefully will be able to come in at 110 lbs and under 9.5% bf.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My BF is dropping to where I need to be and I&#8217;m starting to finally feel like a real figure competitor.  This week will be tough with the kids home from school all week&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;lots of baking and lots of temptation.  Once this week is done&#8230;..I&#8217;m home free!!!! By the next week the temps are finally gonna be in thr 50&#8217;s and 60&#8217;s so I can FINALLY get off the treadmill and run outside.</p>
<p>My legs are still playing tricks on me&#8230;.but they are starting to look better more and more&#8230;the bad days are becoming fewer and fewer&#8230;..YEAH!!!!! </p>
