Trying to spark some motivation
Well my motivation is unfortunately low right now. I feel exhausted & depleted & I wish that I could say that it is from working out. Instead I think it’s from my poor diet that I’ve had over the week. What went from Chinese food the day before the b-day to eat whatever the hell you want on the b-day continued on during the week. I’ve gained weight but luckily don’t feel like a fat slob quite yet
. Posted my new pics & luckily they don’t look too far off from the last ones. Funny thing though, ate like crap during the week & everyone kept telling me that I looked like I lost weight when I went into work on Thursday night (LOL, where the hell were you guys before, J/K, it did make me feel better though). So my BCAA & my fish oil came in yesterday, so I think I’m ready for game plan now. Still waiting on my diet & training plan from my new trainer, that makes it more difficult. Once I get that I think that I will be more disciplined. I probably won’t get any more supps for financial reasons & will stick with what I have. Right now I have my protein shakes, multi-vitamin, fish oil, flaxseed oil, BCAA’s, and am using a fat burner.
One positive note, I was on my way back from the hospital today and it was sooo damn nice out, all I could think of was getting into a bikini & being able to wear my skinny clothes again. My mind went to, you gotta get your sh** together. This morning I was trying to finish doing some cleaning (apartment was a wreck), and posted some pics of figure compeitors that I admire (Monica Brant, Jamie Eason, Melissa Hall, etc) and on the right I posted my before pics (will eventually post my progress pics in that spot) and in the middle I have a pic of a girl on the treadmill and above the pic it says "NO MORE EXCUSES". I really need to start living by those words, lol. I know that I will reach my goals, but I’d rather get it done sooner than later

We all have our weeks like that where ya just lose control but as long as you bounce back it won’t be the end to anything just don’t let it keep your motivation down you’ll make your goal just have to keep up the hard work. Great idea on the pictures of where you want to be I need to get some up myself, definitely always helps to keep that carrot dangled in front of you right?

Rest, recover refresh. Try to get yourself focused with a plan and stick to it better. You’re only letting yourself down when you slack. Rest is vital too, so try to incorporate it in your plans. Good luck.
