Ten weeks / 70 days (well 69 and many hours (lol)

So my two weeks are over today. I have 70 days left. Which of course the next 7 - 8 are probably going to be the most stressful but it will test my motivation and discipline which are really high right now, so it’s all good. The countdown began two weeks ago, but there is something about ten for me. So again ten weeks and 70 days till I finish the BFL 12 week program and until my graduation is here on …..May 30. I’m very excited and so far very happy with my results. My next focus over the next 7-8 weeks is going to be making sure that I get my workouts in but more on nutrition and making sure that I am eating enough, having my protein with a good carb (especially morning & noon), getting in my water intake (trying for 3/4 to 1 gallon), taking my multi-vitamin, & getting my flax-seed oil in. I hear about nutrition being 80% of training so I will get my workouts in when I can but focus, focus, focus on the diet :) . The last two weeks to three weeks, I should be done with clinical and just have my lecture and finals left. Most of my projects & main coursework will be out the way so I can add in more exercise if needed, mainly in the areas of really increasing on those weights and adding in more cardio. Also want to start adding in more runs because well…if I’m gonna run the Falmouth Road Race, I gotta start really implementing the runs and start trying for some longer runs in there :0) . So ready set go, the countdown begins at ten weeks, and 70 days.
