Damn, I am one sorry runner
Well did my cardio today. 20 minutes on the treadmill, BFL 20 -minute aerobic solution. Boy did it whoop up on me (lol). And I have to say, I am an awful runner, I have always known that, but boy it’s disgraceful (lol). I’m working on it though, and it is one of my goals to gain endurance with running. So the workout today was very good. Tomorrow is my off day, so just working on staying clean with the diet

I hate the treadmill. Good luck with your running, I’d focus on good form. My 2 favorite running books are "chi running" and "brain training for running". They both do a good job trying to teach good running form. Good luck, and value your rest day.

When I was running years ago I started by following a plan of running and walking. There was a plan that I followed from Runner’s World, I believe. I suck at just running also so that is why I started with intervals of running (or in my case jogging -I seriously suck) and walking.
