Day 10. Still going strong, with my working out that is. Did turbo Jam and 20minutes hill/Treadmill today. Really worked my hams on that treadmill. Still trying to figure out my diet and this whole CKD thing. Did carb last night to give myself a little treat and get ready to start on the ketogenic side of the diet and will continue in the meantime to look for more articles on it. Definitely gained some weight from carb up last night but don’t really feel any heavier. Think that I am only going to post weigh-ins on Wednesday as well as do Pics and BF, waist measurement updates x 2 weeks on Wednesday also, which will actually be this coming week from when I really started to workout again and try to eat healthier.
