Back/Shoulders
Did Back & Shoulders today. Problem my favorite bodyparts to work. Strayed off the bodyfor life routine a little bit but will start back on it this week with the BFL sequence/reps and their version of the HIIT cardio also. The gym that I joined doesn’t have as versatile amount of equipment as I thought they would. But still better than working out at home and has my favorite back machines (lat pulldown & assisted pull-up). One of my goals is to do P90X after I am done with BFL and they do alot of pull-ups, so I definitely enjoy using the assisted pull-up machine and will continue to do that and try different variations of the pull-up. Also did 15 minutes of bike today. Legs are still very weak. Probably only going to blog once a week on Sunday from now on to say how my training and diet is going. Will tighten up on my diet once my brother leaves for Okinawa on Thursday and hopefully I will start to see some good changes in the 8 weeks that I have left of BFL.
