Lower Body Workout
Did a lower body workout at the gym today. Also did one of the classes that they had. Kick & Sculpt. Think I will stick more to just strength training & my regular cardio. I was hoping that they would have more of an intense cardio class. Didn’t really care for the class that I went to today. She made you burn in some areas, but at other times, I couldn’t wait to leave because I just wanted to get it over with and do something else. Have had much more intense cardio workouts doing Turbo Jam. Anyways, will continue looking for a an aerobic class once a week that I really like, they seem to keep me motivated because as you start to drop the weight, the people in those classes are the ones that really notice, and some of the classes that have interval training in them are really good. Plus as you start to go every week they start to wonder what happened to you so its almost like a weekly check in to make sure you are still working out.
