Legs a burnin
Legs a burnin from yesterdays workout (especially my hamstrings). What a great feeling-the burn. Need to stretch more after my workouts. Today is cardio (intervals) on the treadmill and Turbo Jam, Cardio Party. Definitely out of shape aerobically. Can’t wait till I build some endurance. Had cheat day yesterday. Now I know why people really don’t want to cheat after awhile. You feel like crap afterwards and don’t really even want it anymore. I think I’m only going to save my cheat day/meal for when I go out to dinner or something & reward myself in that way. Very happy that I am still sticking with this. Feel much more confident that I will make it through the 84 days and will continue to stick with transforming my body

Instead of thinking about it as cheating it is much better to think of it as a reward like you said. You work hard so why not reward yourself with a little treat once and awhile?
