Ok…. I need advice, support, and ideas on how to not eat sweets! I’ll give up the bread, no problem but sugar is a whole different beast. How have many of you been successful in kicking the sugar craving and sticking to it. I am open to all and any suggestions. Let me know…
Also, are protein shakes necessary for weight loss and lowering body fat?

Today and yesterday, I must admit… I ate WAY too much trail mix! I am a serious addict and need to confess my bad behavior in order to move on.
Step 1 - admitting I have the problem
Step 2 - Throwing the remainder of the bag AWAY
Step 3 - Not buying more…. Ok, no more trail mix
Step 4 - Not conceding to the "What the hell" attitude and bingeing for the rest of the day
Wish me luck and the power to suceed!
