30 Day Challenge!
Monday, May 11th, 2009Okay so now I am back..I think life took me away! So I did a 30 day detox, mainly just me eating better, no drinking and cutting out all the shit…did good with it and it has made me motivated to try my 10 pound challenge yet ONCE again..so I did all my measurements again and started to eat right..excersised tonight and lifted weights..so here we go..new goal May 11th to June 11th…30 days 10 pounds and toned!! Here I go!!!
