Okay so now I am back..I think life took me away! So I did a 30 day detox, mainly just me eating better, no drinking and cutting out all the shit…did good with it and it has made me motivated to try my 10 pound challenge yet ONCE again..so I did all my measurements again and started to eat right..excersised tonight and lifted weights..so here we go..new goal May 11th to June 11th…30 days 10 pounds and toned!! Here I go!!!

Okay so would love to do a triathalon in about a year..So I have been running on the tredmill everyday (except Sunday)…too cold to run outdoors and not so practical with 2 little ones. So does anyone have any pointers? I have changed my eating plans once more and seem to be doing well…I will keep you updated..first goal is to loose 15 more pounds..second goal is to tone up…

Workout Dilemma
Okay so I was wondering if anyone knows some great at home workouts?? I have free weights and strength training bands and the exercise balls galore..just need some good strengthening exercises. I have moved, started a new job and completely changed my eating habits..took on two kids over the summer making my day just that much easier..and my husband has started working out of town sometimes sooo lol I have a 2 1/1 year old and 4 month old and now take care of a 5 and 9 year old..all boys but one..so I know running around with them will be my aerobic excersise..But I just don’t have time to go to the gym now.I just need some work on the toning and strength training. My goal of 30 lbs by June 16th doesn’t look like it is going to happen. I have 20 lbs to go in a month and figure I could probably do at least LEAST 10 of that..so if anyone has great pointers I am set to do this hard core!!

Sugar sugar sugar..oh you are driving me crazy. I know this will be my downfall..tried to cut it out completly…I mean completly not even eating fruit, yogurt and certain meals..so I double dosed on the veggies and whole grains..I have lots of energy but was starting to get mean…devil horns came out and so I have decided to allow myself some sort of sweets once in awhile…Strawberries with cool whip seem to do the trick..I wish I was just allergic to the damn stuff..that would make this whole thing so much easier! Good luck to anyone else who is an insane as myself with a sweet tooth and trying to quit. Is there some sort of AA class that pertains to sugar I can go to?????

Okay so, just getting started and have found some really cool atricles from bb.com. I am eating the right foods, reduced my intake of alcohol ( wasn’t a really big drinker anyways) and started working out ( not at the gym yet). I have 30 lbs to go and am giving myself to June to do this. I usually can drop weight pretty fast but would like to gain muscle as well. Never had a six pack or nice muscular legs..so here I go! Good luck to anyone who may be starting out as well. Say hi, I need all the motivation I can get.
