7-14-08 Day 1
So, today was my first day…SUPER difficult but, I managed to get in all of my reps. I am doing the classic so today was Chest & Back then Ab Ripper. I have a set of powerblocks that I use and I love them. Anyway I have the resistance bands too so, if its even possible I am going to use them with my cardio today.
I have been doing the meal plan diet in the book and so far I don’t care for it. I feel like its making me eat too much. I am going strictly by the book with portion sizes and everything. So, anyway I am loving it and hating it so far LMAO.
Will post measurements later need to get to work!

The food does seem like A LOT! Everytime I look at my plates I freak out. I don’t feel like a pig though when I’m done eating and thats great. So, did you use the bands in polymetrics? Doesn’t it seem like the push-ups are never going to end? The best part about it is every week your reps will jump higher and higher.
