I love the summer!
can’t wait to lay down on the sunny beach.
it’s 28 Celsius here, but still only warm - I like it H-O-T! bunny hot…

I am about to finish my bulking cycle and then start the power/strength cycle.
I was told its a good time to do the cutting cycle (during strength/power).
In addition, I was told I should do only 15 minz of interval cardio workout and not a full 45 minutes to avoid muscle burning.
I’m kinda novice here, and dont really know what to do in order to get the best results (gaining some muscle and burn fat).
what do you guys think? how do you do your cycles?
and how do you do your cardio after bulking?
