Been awhile since i posted not sure if anybody reads this or not thanks if you do. Made it another week feeling good not sure if there’s any progress yet will check on the 1st . but some people say they can tell "i look firm" oh well thanks all.

Made another week feel good except my quads squats and deadlifts got’em a little sore but thats ok back at work for now so i have the next 2 days off. and mondays a new week.

Wednesday, October 10th, 2007

Mon wasn’t bad made thru with no problem shoulders in the am cardio when woke up at 1500. Tue well slugged all the way thru arms and then i only sleep for about 4hrs so my cardio suked. sleep 14hrs last nite and 2day is a new day. legs today so no cardio feel good ready to go amazing what a little sleep will do. going to work on some fun pic’s today later all.

10/7/07 WEEK ONE

Ok lasted the 1st week feel good eating right and stay with the workout begining week two tomorrow that will be the hard part off shift at 0700 (7am) wts then cardio when i wake up at 1600 (4pm). Then the same on Tue good ole nite shift but thats why i get the big $$’s (LOL)

well when get up this afternoon it will be 2 weeks back at. feel good. mon i’m starting a new routine 6 day split with 3-4 cardio. ive changed the way i’m eating to was’nt as hard as i thought it would later this weekend
