					<description>Rant away! The gym is a wonderful stress reliever. Nothing else matters when you're in their, it all just quiets down. i know eactly what you mean. You are doing wonderful realizeing this. Many don't and end up doing the opposite, avoiding the gym ie causing more stress and hence downward spiral. Keep going... climbing up. Chin up. I'm pulling for you. Keep smiling -M</description>
