Finally some good news.
I don’t have a lot of time to write on here at the moment. But I remember when I joined the body groups that I am, that they required their members to give them an update once in a while… which I have not done. Which is why I am writing this quick post.
6 weeks ago, I went to the doctor to be put on Effexor, an antidepressant. I told Mom, that when I went on this, I was going to buckle down, and lose some weight. Starting that day, I cut out alll the junk food. Not some, all of it. I haven’t had a spoonful of ice cream, a chip, or one drink of pepsi since then. Canadian Thanksgiving went by, and I was thankful that I didn’t eat any pie. Now I eat a lot of colored and green vegetables. I enjoy them as long as I have a tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on them, for extra flavor and my healthy fats. My breakfast is either Oatmeal and Fruit, or Fiber 1 cereal and fruit. I have things that I can snack on throughout the day, like cans of tuna, eggs, yogurt, milk and some whey protein… which is a last resort thing, because I would rather rely on natural foods over supplements that cost 1/8th of a paycheck.
For exercise right now, I go for a 20-30 minute walk each day.. when I feel myself getting tired, or out of breath, I make myself walk faster. And I do push ups, crunches, leg raises, oblique crunches, twisting crunches, and some dumbbell work for muscle work. I know I can’t spot reduce, and they say that too much ab work can thicken my waist. But I would rather have a thick waist with no fat rolls, than a fat waist with no muscle.
When I started, I weighed 303. Now I’m at around 270. I don’t have a Camera right now, but I am definitely looking better than my progress pictures. Can’t wait for another 6 weeks to go by
Well talk to you later. I hope that those that believe will help and pray for my success. Message me and I will also pray for yours.

Stick to your diet and exercise program that you outlined and your weight loss should continue. 30 out of 80, almost half way there. Good luck.
