Got back to the gym and tried to jump back into my routine after a 1 month hiatus. Not trying to push the same amount of weight but I did kick the reps up from 5-8 to 10-15. Trying to get a good pump on. It feels good when I’m doing it and better 2 days later when it hurts to move. I love that but unfortunately after a while the soreness goes away. But the gains come in to replace that happy sore feeling.
Also I’m trying something new with my diet. Before I’d eat whatever just to gain mass now I’m cutting out the junk food and soda not to mention the other garbage that I get from restaurant meals. That way I get clean muscle mass and not fat mass (sick of crunches).
Well that’s my rant keep lifting and experimenting to maximize your gains.

Well I’ve missed a lot of time in the gym due to a hectic work schedule the new baby and the usual household work that needs to be completed.
Working out of town is harsh on the gym routine and more importantly the family routine. But soon the out of town work will stop and the gym attendance will resume.
So wish me luck and I shall do the same.

Sittin’ in the hotel room checking out bb.com. I can’t wait to get home thursday night and hit the gym.
Then bust home and see the wife and kids. Yes I put lifting before seeing the kids but once I see them I won’t want to leave to go to the gym. Also I feel a lot better after the gym and ready to take on the wrestling, playing, and relaxing with them.
Lifting takes all the stress of the work day out and lets me enjoy my time with them more.

Well I received my shipment of goodies the other day. Love the T-shirt.
So great to have the creatine back in my gym bag, can’t wait till the levels are up again so that I can lift more.
The weird thing that I noticed at the gym lately is that people are coming to me for lifting advice. Which is weird because I remember doing the same when I started.
How does this machine work? What would be a good exercise for this particular muscle? And so on and so forth. So maybe I’ll take one of those certified trainer course and see what happens.
Well keep lifting and eating right and your goals will happen.

Lately I’ve stopped using creatine and have found myself sluggish at the gym and unable to lift as much weight. This weeks off cycle has lost not only weight on the bar but also from my body. I have lost 5 pounds and the only change was lack of creatine. I cannot wait until I receive my next shipment from bodybuilding.com. In in also contains L-Arginine, which since I have stopped it’s use I have lost my all loving "pump" that I had.
After a week back on I shall inform you of my results.
On another note I spoke with a friend about competing and he said I wouldn’t stand a chance, due to the fact that I would be the only "clean" competitor. But you know what they say about opinions.
So take care happy lifting, and I hope your supplement experimentation is fruitful with knowledge.

Well I ate and ate all last week but it backfired and I lost 5 lbs. Bummer but on the plus side I felt muscle soreness again which I had missed. It lets you know that you really worked your muscles.
