I'm loving the dedication. I'm with you 100%. I've had to really do the same thing because of the procrastinator at heart that I tend to be. I'm pretty pumped about this next phase for you and for me. You are doin it...Hang in there. We are doin it together.

Why so serious!?, ok, ok it's from the joker in Batman &amp; maybe your not laughing, sorry. HEY, set small goals &amp; don't stray from them, if it means getting up early for ab or cardio so be it, cleaning up the diet so be it. The hardest part of training is the mental aspect. I'm no pro, but judging from you're pic. You're right there, commitment 100% has to follow, All the best bro.

Be completely strict about your diet and don't cheat a single time. You had the abs right there....and then you had that week of crappy eating. You'll totally get there. I believe that once you're strict with your diet, the abs will show up. The muscles are there already!

Man, we have all been where you are at, and some of us still are..You have to keep ur head high, make the most out of every aspect of life, once you get everything and i mean evertything in tact, all of it will come together like a puzzle ...
You do have to take the 100% dedication and never miss a meal as far as dieting goes..once u see one ab, u know the rest are ready to break thru..
just hang in there and u'll make it...

Ha ha, man, i know the feeling.

Mr. Potential ... well, be glad you know its a weakness and stupid arrogance. Yeah man. I got you. BTW, as a side note, that's part of the ring too. A small amount of overconfidence.

Ha ha, I'll come up with something for you later this weekend. Enjoy.
