I’m down to 220lbs. Unfortunately that has nothing to do with fat loss and appears to be all muscle. I’ve been doing cardio (waaaaay less than before Vegas) and trying to get 8 - 12 sets of lifting in. But right at about 10 sets I start feeling this D@#m shoulder and I have to stop. It doesnt’ hurt enough to make me stop but pushing through it will get me nowhere in the long run.
I guess I’ll be the 190 pound fat guy soon. But hey, I have the pictures to prove where I’ve been right?
