Back and Better!

I am back from VEGAS!!!!  I would tell you how it was but What happens in Vegas…

I hit the gym this morning.  (actually lets start before that)

I got the results of my MRI on my shoulder and the 3 Phase Bone Scan on my knees early last week.  Diagnosis, tendenosis in the right supra spinatus, with signs of a previous injury.  Nothing in the knees.  My doctor is refering me to the Cleveland Clinic or the Mayo Clinic.  He says whatever is wrong with my knees is bigger than him and I should be looked at by a group of doctors who have sport specific knowledge.

 That being said I took the rest of the time I was here before Vegas as well as the time I was in Vegas off :(   But like I said I’m back from VEAGAS!!!

I hit chest today (calfs are now everyday).

Flat Bench

250 x 20

300 x 6

250 x 8

250 x 12

Incline Dumbell

100 x 8

85 x 12

60 x 15

Machine press

90 x 15 x 3

 

All in all I felt OKAY, for taking the last 2.5 months off.  Marked strength loss, but I was only going about 75% and I am down 15 lbs.  I still feel like I was probably pushing it at this point, but I’m getting stir crazy!!!
