					<description>hah, i know exactly where you're coming from.  when i get like this, i jump online and read peoples blogs or look at people's profiles.  the best motivation is looking at old &amp;amp;#34;fat&amp;amp;#34; pics of myself.  i never want to be that way again.  don't make it too complicated.  just know that you're not alone, and alot of us go through it.  stick to your guns, and push through this rut.

					<description>fitness is a trial and error process. there is no one system that works &amp;amp;#34;best.&amp;amp;#34; you just have to experiment and find what works best for you. i use mostly full body routines, though i split sometimes. my workouts are also very short, lasting 30-45 minutes. i get bored easily.

anyway, glad that things are going good for you. you'll discover soon enough what works well and what doesn't. just don't be afraid to experiment (as long as you're safe).</description>
