Okay, i am a little bit happy…! it’s is because after i started “bulking diet” on october 01′07 [ i know long time ago..] i finally gained 2 pounds.. { i know… to little] but it’s something..! i was getting fustrated to see the scale on the same number between 158-160 lbs. yesterday it moved a little more and went to 162.2 lbs. i know i need to eat more to bulk and gain some muscle but i am afraid to gain fat around me stomach and go back where i was before and 26 % body fat. I was thinking perhaps i should take some gainer shake to put some extra calories to my diet.. but i am not sure about it yet. (more…)

It tooks me 10 long years to finnally be out of the damn same gym! Finnally i am working out at Gold! This gym is amazing…, so many diferents machines and free weights that i didnt have at the preview gym[ bally total fitness]…! i guess it would be good for my goals! I am so happy that i made the decition although, i need to recognize that i am kinda lost in this new gym.. there are so many differents manchines and weight that sometimes i dont know where to start..! I feel like i am not lifting like did before…! I guess i need  a couples of weeks to be back on track and hit the iron as i did… hopefully it wont last too long. One thing i love of this gym is that there is not too many people working out.. at ballys i had to wait so much time to use a damn machine..! at gold, i feel like i have the whole gym for myself..which is great!

Damn! I never felt so bad like yesterday at the gym! Last time i had that kind feeling was very long time ago when i was not even a teeneger and i was super skinny guy..! My weekend started very good, very high energy and looking forward to hit the gym one more time. Friday was good and saturday was even better when i did train my chest and triceps for a second time last week. Sunday.. Geezzz… I was so happy to hit the gain when i ran into a "friend" that i didnt see for at least 5 or 6 months..! This is it!! he put me so down since i saw him.. His first words to me was "oh, you lost weight" [ which is fine], but then right after that he said five times to me " you look very emaciated, emaciated, emaciate, very emaciated…! Damn! I wanted to dissapear at that moment. Felt really bad, like the last six months that i had spent already at the gym training was for nothing..! After he said that, i couldnt workout, i put my jacket on and left the gym.. All what i said to him was  "oh, thanks!" and left. I know i am not the super man with super muscles but i am not the most skinny guy around neither..! Today is monday , i am still down due that comment. Holy cow, i feel like i dont want to hit the gym anymore and see that "friend’ again.

I dont want start a dirty bulking diet to gain a lot of weigt and fat again and be where i was with 20% body fat.. I need to eat healthy and clean but a lot to gain some muscles.. but it seem impossible since i have to eat more than 3200 calories a day! getting more than fustrated with all this bulking process..! Well, i have to think how good i feel like this [ emaciated], i feel better than before and with much more energy.. i feel lean, fit and healthy. that is the most important. not what other is think about me, Right?

ummm… i feel good today. my last workout was awesome! I did chest and triceps. I was able to lift more than last time i did. i felt it! My chest was looking good and my triceps great! I will hit my shoulders and traps today.. It is getting better and better and everytime i can wait to train everyday. i am trying to keep my workout short, no more than 60 minute/per day. i gues it is working. i was thinking last night to try the rippetoe routine, but i am not still sure how it works; by the end of this month, i will have 6 months working out seriously , i will like to change my routine for awhile. i guess i need more imformation about which one works better for me since i workout very late night.

I did workout my legs yesterday..i think it was just okay.. I almost stay home and dont go to the gym but i put myself up and ended at the gym train my legs as planned. I did Machine squat [ 10-8-6], leg extensions[10-8-6], leg press[10-8-6], barbell seated calf raise [ 10-8-6] and barbell deadlife. the whole workout was for 50 minutes. Today i dont feel any pain or anything.. i guess i didnt do my best.. i perhaps should i change the way i train them but i can find a good routine and train them more often.

Today i will train my chest and triceps, i am more happier on this area.. my chest is looking bigger and making more progress, the same with my triceps. i feel the difference. Hopefully i will kill it again today to put more muscle on it.

Today, tuesday 06′07 at 4:18pm i have decided to start my bodyblog..! I always wanted to start it but i havent decided yet..! i am kinda person how is very reserved and keep to myself everything what i do and think. Let just start it. Hopefully later on around 8:30 or 9:00pm i will hit the gym one more time. Today i will train my legs since they are kinda skinny cuz my last cut when i lost 23 pound body fat. i feel like i am not making too much progress on my legs:[[. i want to workout my legs at least 2 times per week.. hopefully i will see results in few months.. i dont need that awesome bodybuilders legs, i just want  more cool and less skinny legs. I will do my best tonight on my training that part.
