ummm… i feel good today. my last workout was awesome! I did chest and triceps. I was able to lift more than last time i did. i felt it! My chest was looking good and my triceps great! I will hit my shoulders and traps today.. It is getting better and better and everytime i can wait to train everyday. i am trying to keep my workout short, no more than 60 minute/per day. i gues it is working. i was thinking last night to try the rippetoe routine, but i am not still sure how it works; by the end of this month, i will have 6 months working out seriously , i will like to change my routine for awhile. i guess i need more imformation about which one works better for me since i workout very late night.

fitness is a trial and error process. there is no one system that works "best." you just have to experiment and find what works best for you. i use mostly full body routines, though i split sometimes. my workouts are also very short, lasting 30-45 minutes. i get bored easily.
anyway, glad that things are going good for you. you’ll discover soon enough what works well and what doesn’t. just don’t be afraid to experiment (as long as you’re safe).
