I did workout my legs yesterday..i think it was just okay.. I almost stay home and dont go to the gym but i put myself up and ended at the gym train my legs as planned. I did Machine squat [ 10-8-6], leg extensions[10-8-6], leg press[10-8-6], barbell seated calf raise [ 10-8-6] and barbell deadlife. the whole workout was for 50 minutes. Today i dont feel any pain or anything.. i guess i didnt do my best.. i perhaps should i change the way i train them but i can find a good routine and train them more often.
Today i will train my chest and triceps, i am more happier on this area.. my chest is looking bigger and making more progress, the same with my triceps. i feel the difference. Hopefully i will kill it again today to put more muscle on it.
