Well, I took several progress  pics last week.  HOWEVER, I have a crazy farmers tan from playing in my football league so um yea…I will just have to wait till that fades away to post some pics

Goal Progress

I am new to this site but I did want to post a blog for my first time.  So far in about 3-4 weeks I have dropped some good weight.  I started at 228 and I now im consistently weighing at 218.  I have met some really smart people at the gym lately who have helped me out with dieting.  For once, I have stepped up my cardio to running 2 miles on the dread-mill 2-3 times a week, alternating with my ab days.
Im actually going to give mma a shot at my current weight.  I took my first jujitsu class yesterday and im taking a beginners level mma class on Monday.  After Monday I will know exactly where im at in my training.  After sparing with people in my weight range last night I had a reality check that my strength is no where near where it needs to be.  If anyone has any suggestions on how to cut bodyand gain strength at the same time, let me know (it seems like an impossible feat)
