I finally learned how to do my measurements right and I have to say I was shocked. Time to start doing some heavy cardio. I’ve tried to gain weight for a long time but now it’s time to trim some fat. I’m a naturally broad guy aroung the shoulders and it kind of masked my waist getting bigger. I hope to post my first progress pic soon. My damn camera is jacked up.

Had a kick ass shoulder workout today. Got 3 sets of 12 at 155 lbs on military press and 3 sets of 12 at 70 lbs. with dumbell shoulder press. It was the last workout on my 12 rep sets. Looking forward to going up in weight and down to 10 reps.
