Killer leg day
I had another good workout this morning. In the past, I’ve never worked out my legs hard… mainly because my legs have been one of my strong areas… but I’ve read many articles lately about increasing one’s bench press by developing more powerful legs. Has anyone had that experience?
I maxed out the seated leg press machine for the first time today, but my dumbbell lunges suffered at the end of my workout. Overall, another solid workout. Let’s hope I keep this momentum going.
