Old Standby
I am going to embark on a 12 week, all out "Run for the Abs". I will be working out using the Bill Phillips Pricipals, And eating with the help of FitDay.
I am looking not so much for weight loss, but to see my abs. I think that I should be able to do this in the next 12 weeks. During this time I am also reving up my running to get ready for the Half Marathon on Thanksgiving day.......
