Food prep and workout
Got my food prepped for the week: lean steak, lean pork, venison burgers, banana oatmeal muffins, chocolate protein bars, cinnamon chocolate chip protein bars, banana chocolate cookies (47 cals each!), eggs. I tried something I saw where you easily cook a bunch of eggs at once for breakfast sandwiches (or alone) in a muffin tin (http://www.amyskitchencreations.blogspot.com/2012/05/eggs-for-breakfast-sandwiches.html). I made some scrambled eggs to see if Tim and I like them. You can also cook them as just the egg or add other vegetables or spices.
I later got in my workout for the day. It was at home, working on my chest, triceps, and abs. Those narrow pushups are a bear, but they definitely work those muscles!
