Anabolic diet and other things

So, Back in July I started AD love it been doing it since also did an 8 week bulk. I was trying to post all my pics but the site keeps erroring on me right now, so I’ll try those again later. I have revamped my goalls and am will enroll in the 10 week body transformation that bb.com is currently running. I have also revamped my goals to inculde competeing next year. Tampa Bay Classic will be my first show, it takes place about amonth after my wedding, so we’ll see how that goes. I plan on starting prep 16 weeks out, enjoying wedding day, then continuing prep, also was looking at another comp next year in November, so we’ll see.

Well it’s been awhile since I’ve posted. I got down to 121 before christmas vacation. I went on vacation with my SO for a week during xmas and went up to 128 back to 124 now. Of course I ate a bunch of crap instead of making healthly choices ( i was on vacation, right?) well I’ll never do that again. I learned from that lession. Although i have found it hard to get back to adhearing to my macros. I wanted to continue with the junk I’ve been eating. Slowly but surely I am though. Oh I also took break from Gym as well then when I came back i was really sickfor another 2 weeks so it took 3 weeks to get back to gym. I feel like I lost so much progress. My endurance was down and had to take my weight down alittle. I am finally back to where I was work out wise before vacation.  Again won;t do that again. I had access to a gym it was just shear laziness imo. 

Gosh it’s good to get that out.

I submitted my app to Cathy Savage today for her SOS program. I’ve been thinking I want to try figure next year. It was a dream of mine about 6 years ago. I got into a car accident ate my way up to 186 I am down to 130-134 depending on the day really I need to post and watch my measurments I know they have gone down because I have lost clothing sizes and see the difference in my body. I do not like being oblivious to my progress.
