Finally seeing a change

Man. I feel great. I am down 4lbs. I dont crave junk food at ALL. first time in a long time. I am still having a problem with over eating but i know i will get it down. I had a good friend tell me i was full of S#$# last week. She told me i have everything i need to look the way i want to look. THe only thing that was stopping me was me. That really had a big effect on me and i really thought about it. I make ok money, no kids, I teach cycle 3 to 4 times a week, not married, So why am i not reaching my goals? Its no one but me keeping me from looking my best. God has given me EVERY THING i need to get to where i want to go.

Thanks to some comments on my other blogs i cut out alot of stuff that i thought was good for me. granola, wheat germ crackers, honey nut cherrios and some fruit. I am trying to get most of my carbs in the morning from oatmeal. Im going to focus now on my calorie intake now that i have the right foods in place. I LOVE BB!

Listen….your first mistake is listening to EVERYBODY. There is nothing wrong with any of those foods. It doesn’t seem to be working for several reasons. 1) you need a trainer. Get a trainer so you can have 1 set of trained eyes to watch your progress and help you not only keep track, but make sure you learn how & when to adjust your diet and training. 2) get consistent. once you learn your body you will know when you can and can’t cheat or stop training, etc. You probably haven’t tried one method long enough to know if it works for you. 3) Everyone has a unique genetic makeup. What works for you may not work for anyone else or vice versa. Once you get the other 2 you will know exactly what this means. You look good in that avatar, but if you’re trying to do this and do it right, you may want to invest in a trainer or even a nutritionist if the food is your issue and you know how to workout.
