what i ate today
trying … well waiting for my nutrition to get back on track. My habits have slipped so far from what they used to be. anyway, no reason for thinking in the past. today i ate 3 eggs with lofat cheese sprinkles southbeach bar 1 frozen bananna cut up 2 beers 2 pieces of chicken with honey and cayenne powder dinner at tgifridays chicken and shrimp in some cheese and cream sauce 3 diet cokes 2 sugar free energy drinks
