					<description>Thanks.  Isnt it frustrating.  I did a pretty good volume of workout today.  Now my wife wants to take the kids to red robin.  a burger and all you can eat french fries joint.  Ill be put to the test on this one.  Good luck in your goals</description>

					<description>time was 25 something...  did 5k in 25:03 last weekend... yeah, after this half is over i'm gonna focus on speedy 5k's instead of longer distances.muscle i've worked so hard for is too precious to wittle away on the roads :) i do like the feeling of accomplishment after those long runs tho :)  good luck with your race, when is it?...</description>

					<description>you gotta eat!! :) every three hours at least... i run too and i couldn't do two-a-days without proper nutrition and i swear by no-explode...i also break up my runs from my bb routine by several hours at least... helps to recover a bit and my lifting dousn't suffer... sounds like you're doin crossfit stuff... we're installing pull up bars and rings soon in our garage.. love that stuff :)</description>
