Short term goals ( re-evaluate/due date Feb 14th)
Sunday, January 4th, 2009- stick with new program for 6 weeks without missing a workout (4 weights 1 cardio min)
- wasit at 33 or less feb 14th
- Bodyfat at 11% feb 14th
- Notice some difference in imbalances
- arms 14.5
- chest 38
- shoulders 48
- no injuries or slight tweeks
- bodyfat at 9% fef 14th
- bodyweight ideal is 165 at 9% ( no lower than 160)
Reset goals when i get there based on progress
