Still keeping calories high.  Not as clean though.  Not worrying about eating brown rice or timing carbs. Just concetrating on geting enough protein and a moderate to high amount of calories.  I have not been staying on track on the weekends as much.  I took off a full week 7 days of training because i was very lethargic and tired that week.  This week i have done

arms

metcon of chin ups and jump rope  for 20 minutes 7 rounds   250  skips and 10 chin ups

legs       chest…. still need to do abs and shoulders

 During my week off i ate some icecream and drank a few days.  Im not consistan in my diet like my first 2 weeks but alteast im getting my protein i need and watching what i eat a little bit.   Still not getting much sleep at night b/c of getting up and going to bathroom so much,,, as a result of energy drinks.  Still tired alot.
