1. My arms would be 14.5-15 inches (no lower than 14)
2. Chest 38 inches
3. shoulders 48 inches
4. legs 24 inches
5. overhang at knee
6. all abs defined including lower
7. Body parts evened out
8. Stay injury free
9. keep updating site and setting goals
10. Workout for 1 year never taking off more than 1 week in a row. (must workout)
