One week in and nothin!

 I have been tryin to cut for a week now and I have seen next to no results! My stomache has always been a problem point for me cuz its hereditary! But I have been doin cardio twice a day and weight training and my diet has pretty much been dead on! What am I doing wrong? Well Im still gonna keep pushin maybe, and most likely the stomache fat will be the last to go thats always how it is!

Cardio

 Wow it feels better ever time I do it! My metabolism feels like it has kicked into overdrive! I am getting used to walking the hills though! Im gonna continue for a while and see what happens though cuz im about 20lbs overweight and my knees hurt when I run! Im saving up for a treadmill and an elliptical right now since it snows here during the winter! Also Id like to include that yesterday on my chest workout I tried a couple new things that I would like to share! First I did dips which I havent done for a while and they felt awesome, second of all I did laying dumbell pullovers which Ive never done and they felt good also! another thing I did different was on my bench I warmed up,then put 185 on did it 8 times, then i put 225 on did it 8 times then i put 285 did it like 2 times then 315 once for 3 sets it felt good im gonna stay at that for a while till I get used to it then im gonna bump it up about 10 lbs! Anyways it feels like the fats comin off little by little patience is the key!

6th day of cut!

 Woke up walked abotu 2 miles in the mountains! Ive been thinkin about cutting my leg workouts down or maybe completely out cuz the hills tear up my leags pretty good! I Havent lost much fat around my waist but Im not gonna judge my cut off that cuz thats how my body has always been! I do feel like Ive been getting really lean in my legs though! Im gonna continue to do cardio every day maybe one day off every once in a while and im gonna try and get about 20-30 min. in after a workout or after my lst meal! I have to keep my metabolism going strong! Well hopin for that 2 pack soon!

5th day of cut!

 Feeling good! But wow doing cardio after a pretty heavy leg workout is fun! I Dont know if im losing much or anything right now but Im sure my body is gettin used to it and also I really need to count my calories and figure out where Im at! I am also drinking tons of water so Im sure Im retaining a bit!

Second day of cut

 Feeling better than ever actually! I woke up this morning with tons of energy and started to walk! My legs are sore being that I walk in the mountains up very steep hills but i figures itll get my legs in better shape! Im eating my oatmeal right now gotta carb up before the workout this afternoon, then its all meat baby! Stay tuned for a transformation!

First day of cut!

 Woke up today feelin good and refreshed! Did an hour of cardio came home and cooked breakfast which consisted of Oatmeal and eggwhites! I am cuttin my meals down to very small portions and cutting all carbs after my third meal which is around 1 p.m. Im feeling better already! Wish me luck

Starting my 6 week cut!

 As of this morning i woke up and weighed in at 224.5! I would like to lose at least 20 lbs in 6 weeks! I know it a pretty fast cut but Im just tired of my big gut and I gain muscle pretty easy! So if you would like stay posted on the results! I have a spreadsheet that im recording bodyweight once every 7 days along with a couple measurements so I dont shrink too much! Well wish me luck!

New workout food!

  I used to love pork and beans when i was a kid! Well now I really love them! They are first and best of all cheap! Second they are high in protien, carbs and fiber! Its a nice switch from rice and chicken specially since I love to bbq! Well just thought Id share that with you ladies and gents!

Had my tonsels out!!

 Man I was doing so good I felt stronger than ever and I was getting big! That is until I got my tonsels, adnoids, and uvula out on Feb 1! I lost a good 20 lbs. I couldn’t eat for 2 weeks!! Anyways enough complaining time to get back to work right!!

New Years Resolution!!

January 2, 2008

 Happy New year everybody and good luck on your goals!! As for mine I did some calculations last night to figure out where i need to be!! Im about 18% body fat, i need to cut to 205lbs to be 10%! Im gonna try to hit 240lbs and then cut back to about 220lbs!! Its gonna be hard but its a challenge worth while!! Good luck everybody!!
