Handsome Maxout: A summary
May 30, 2008Well I haven’t kept track of my training anywhere really other than my big 3 but even then, I’m pretty lazy, so I might as well use some space. I start my new job on Sunday next week and hopefully that will hold me over for a while. Training has been slow, not making the strides I had been hoping for. I feel burnt out so the next few days I’m gonna chill out and kick back. Wednesday I’ll be back in the lifting game and once the local high school lets out I’ll start doing my track workouts too. Hopefully i can hit 195 this summer without much fat gain but if i lean out at 190ish i’ll be just as happy.
