Well the weight gain has stopped, I am officially stuck at 245ish….however my strength is still going up. today was shoulders, ended up doing 275 behind the neck for a solid 8 reps…I also worked out at golds today, wich I hate, there dumbells only go up to 100’s…worlds go up to 160’s. so I had to do dumbell press’s for sets of around 12-15 reps. all I can do is keep eating and hope the scale starts to move up again.

Not really sure what to write here…but holidays have been better. I have not been able to work out in days due to traveling and now sickness. I woke up early monday morning puking my brains up..and has continued till today, till I finally called my doc. she said something is going around, so now she has me loaded up on so much crap, that I have fallen off my couch 2x and ran into the wall a couple times…but I gotta admitt I feel better now…who knows how I will feel in the morning.

Incline bench- 225×10, 265×5, 265×5, 315×4
Hammer strength decline press- (8 plates total) 3×10
flat dumbell flys(full extention)- 40lbs x 15, 15, 12
close grip bench- 225×10, 265×6, 315×5
*I have changed my workout this winter to resemble more of a powerlifting style workout, with some bodybuilding reps in there too. so far it is doing good, my strength is further along then it ussually is this point in the winter. last winter my bench was up to 465 at its highest…this winter, I think I will be able to get 500+ raw.

Ok so I am feeling like a fat bloated pig, but getting stronger then piss again for winter. as of 3 weeks ago I was 217 and comming off a show, I am now 242 as of today. Today was leg day today and I had the endurance of a horse…started out with leg press, went up to 32 plates for 8 reps. Next moved to squats, 405 kinda bothered my back (I have 2 ruptured disk)..then went to some heavy ass leg extensions, Leg curls, single leg curls, single leg extensions, seated calves and standing calves…everything feels pretty good, the joints arent bothering me this winter yet and neither is the "bad knee". My legs were my weakest point last year because Of my hurt knee..so I really need to focus on them
