I took a week off from working out because my shoulders were sore as hell, and I needed to see my doctor to see what other options do I have other than cortisone shots; plus, I don’t have a gym membership in Columbus anymore, and for the six days that I was there, I was snowed in due to a blizzard.  My body definitely paid for it this week during Krav/KO Kickboxing class….but, i definitely welcomed it.  I did weigh myself recently, and I don’t know what is goin on.  I want to shed, but im not shedding at all…im stuck.  I thought this class was going to reshock my body and let the pounds fall off…what should I do?  Right now, I’m solely focused on cardio, and the various kinds that come with it.  I’m still shooting to the goal of june 08…hopefully, it will still come full circle….will keep you posted..

so I gained 2 lbs…I’m not sure if this is a good or a bad thing, considering that I monitor how I eat and I work out religiously.  I feel like I just can’t break this range in terms of the scale…what do I do?  I’ve changed up my diet, started to "lift more heavy [even though it kills me and my shoulder [which btw, im tryin to make sense as to why people do lift heavy if they know they have some form of an injury]] and drink 10-12 glasses of water a day.   Well, we’ll see what happens between now and the next weigh-in.
